At Iungo, our team reaches audiences where they are with resonant stories and multimedia storytelling strategies. This narrative guide will empower M3 Biotechnology to expand their audiences, connect with real people and advance towards their goal of changing the lives of thousands – it all starts with a story.

Our approach to assist M3 Biotechnology consisted of 3 phases:

1. Discovery
2. Narrative Creation
3. Dissemination Strategy

Discovery

Discovery

In the Discovery phase of our work, we conducted market research on public opinion surrounding neurodegenerative diseases, pharmaceutical companies, caretaker needs, misconceptions and pain points. We did a competitive analysis of similar companies to assess the competition and use that knowledge to M3Bio’s advantage. We also performed audits of M3Bio’s existing communication platforms to form a baseline and create the skeleton of our strategy moving forward.

Based on our findings, we moved into Narrative Creation phase to develop new messaging and strategies to implement it consistently across all of M3Bio’s existing and new communication platforms. The voice, tone, and narrative elements of our new messaging all hone in on the novelty and accessibility of M3Bio’s new compound by using conversational language that plays into the emotions of hope and excitement.

“Connection-Building” is a consistent and crucial element to the overarching narrative.

Dissemination Strategy

Dissemination Strategy

We developed web content, video, blog and newsletter strategies in addition to revamping the current social media strategy, to broaden the reach and consumption of M3Bio’s updated message. These strategies include examples of successfully implemented campaigns by similar companies, sample messaging, detailed implementation plans and success metrics to help M3 Biotechnology track what elements are working and what needs to be tweaked, using a fail fast model.
